About Seen.to <seen[dot]to>

Founded in 1985 by Marcos J. Drake we were first known as Capital Designs because of our location in London - the capital of England. After a few changes we became Capital 2 in 1987 and in 1990 this was shortened to C2. Now we had a theme because we would C 2 your requirements. In 1993 we added music and video production to our portfolio and with it came another name change to Seen2.

This gave us the closest version to the slogan we use today which we didn't actually coin until 2003. In 1997 we moved into the realms of the Internet and with it designing for the World Wide Web - along with the move to designing primarily for the Web came a need for a domain name and it was then that we became seen.to - and this is how it shall remain.

How we became a Lancaster, PA Web design company

Having designed many Web sites as seen.to in the UK for 5 years we opened our first American office in Lancaster, PA in 2002 when our founder, Marcos Drake, moved to Pennsylvania to marry his American fiance, Courtney.

In 2003 we were joined by a new partner, Ben Hicks, who is our resident Network Guru and programmer extraordinary!

Ben now heads up our UK operations and Marcos heads up the US side of things.
